1. Eligibility
Members are allowed to cancel their bonus. A cancellation fee of 20% will apply to all cancellations unless otherwise specified. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the rules below.
2. Free Credit Bonus
· The entire bonus amount will be deducted upon cancellation.
· No refund will be issued.
3. Deposit Bonus
The system will utilize the deposit amount first, followed by the bonus amount.
Cancellation Fee = Deposit Amount × 20%
(a) If total loss ≥ deposit amount
· The full deposit amount is considered used.
· No refund will be issued.
Example:
Deposit: 100
Bonus: 100%
Total Win/Loss: –150
Calculation: 100 – 150 = –50 → No refund
(b) If total loss < deposit amount
Refund Amount = (Deposit Amount – Loss Amount) – Cancellation Fee
Example:
Deposit: 100
Bonus: 100%
Total Win/Loss: –50
Cancellation Fee: 100 × 20% = 20
Calculation: (100 – 50) – 20 = 30 → Refund 30 to main wallet
(c) If there is a net win and the member cancels
Refund Amount = Deposit Amount – Cancellation Fee
Example:
Deposit: 100
Bonus: 100%
Total Win/Loss: +350
Cancellation Fee: 100 × 20% = 20
Calculation: 100 – 20 = 80 → Refund 80 to main wallet
